Method
To prepare the tomato hamburgers, put the mashed potatoes, carrots cut into small pieces, parsley, a little paprika, the Petti double concentrated tomato paste, salt and breadcrumbs into a bowl and blend together to form quite a solid mixture. If it is too soft, add some more breadcrumbs. Form four thick hamburgers by hand and leave them to rest on baking paper in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, simmer the cleaned and washed spinach with oil, garlic and half a glass of water in a non-stick frying pan. Now cook the hamburgers. Put some oil into a non-stick frying pan and brown the hamburgers on both sides for 7 minutes. Fill 4 rolls with the hamburgers and spinach and serve the tomato hamburgers while hot.

4 mini sesame seed rolls
