Squid stew
Method
To prepare squid stew, brown the garlic, onion and parsley in a deep casserole; add the squid cut into strips, salt and simmer with wine. Now add the Petti extra fine sieved tomatoes – fine tomato purée and leave to cook the squid stew slowly until the squid is cooked, about 30 minutes.

3 medium-sized squid
700 gm Petti extra fine sieved tomatoes – fine tomato purée
1 clove of garlic
Half a spring onion
Fresh parsley
1 glass of dry white wine
